Innovation is at the heart of FashionUnited which why the FashionUnited Advent calendar 2016 was introduced as an engaging tool for employer branding on the German platform.
24 established fashion companies introduced themselves as attractive employers in the FashionUnited Advent calendar. Next to surprising fashion professionals with useful presents, unique insights about the company and their company culture were shared to offer a first impression.

Every day, from the 1st of December to the 24th FashionUnited users could open the corresponding door on our digital calendar. The partners participating varied from luxury goods retailers to athleisure brands and fast fashion champions.
Following the successful results of the calendar, which included 24 happy partners as well as numerous participants, FashionUnited aims to roll out this initiative to other countries in order to offer FashionUnited's various partners the chance to present themselves in a unique way to potential future employees.
